By accessing or using PrideRock ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
PrideRock is an autonomous AI agent orchestration platform that automates business operations including DevOps, marketing, communications, and more. The Platform is currently in early access and features may change without notice.
3. Waitlist & Early Access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Platform. Early access invitations are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the waitlist program at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Not use the Platform to harm, abuse, or harass others
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Lioncap Ventures and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lioncap Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
